Born in Slovakia, Karin Kralova lives in Paris since 2002. She paints since her youngest age. Interested especially in the material and the colors, she had several artistic periods: a figurative period then an abstract period, before reaching to mandalas which were already present, in an embryonic way, in her paintings during her 4th  year of university in 2008. Karin was always inspired by the motives of the Slovak popular art. Her work is based on energies, vibrations and colors. The main themes of her work are ancients’ symbols from different cultures and bodies of women formented by their state of mind, as well as Nature. Her work is full of reliefs.
