Marc Socié is an artist graduated from the National School of Decorative Arts, where he studied the image printing. His work is then influenced by the world of illustration, literature and the paper book. He learns the technique of engraving, the report text-image, key element in his productions, and especially he deepens his mastery of drawing which remains his main tool of creation. As an emerging artist, his works have been presented in numerous exhibitions in France as well as countries around the world (Rome, New York, Berlin, Kyoto, Chicago, Seoul ...). The creativity of Marc Socié, is constantly put to the test and offers a unique universe of its kind. strange and distressing, dark but dreamlike, and invites the viewer to sound his unconscious in an elsewhere on the other side of the mirror.
