After studying sociology and obtaining a master 2 in Economic Intelligence at the University of Toulouse 1, Hüseyin Tutar decided to put all these systems of thought and theoretical frameworks into perspective through an artistic practice as well as better exploit them. Thus it is natural that he will turn to a conceptual art, in which all mediums have their place to express his questions and his awakening. The artist and his work will no longer be locked in a narrative and formal format rigged, instrumentalized, preconceived in advance. Huseyin Tutar remains free, without passport and chooses to exhibit, as advocated by the essayist and geographer Michel Foucher, "scenes of life between the lines". In summary, the artist is based on an approach to the decomposition of space, marked by the obsession to redraw the inner world: a true territorial design.
