Very much influenced by Latin-American traditions – being French-Peruvian and raised in Mexico-she uses color language, sacred geometry and symbolism to touch each mind regardless of their language. Thus, elements of Shamanism, totem animals, masks and nature are represented in many of her works.
Tito/Mulk

They find their plastic vocabulary in the imagination of their childhood and their desires. The universe of the Super-heroes and the métamorphes monsters mixing sex, drug and 100% organic in a chaotic characteristic destabilizing antagonism of our society, empty of marks. The density of the graphics stresses this hysteric jungle. However the harmony and the know-how of the various plans and perspectives reveal the real intention of the artists: find an order, clear itself a way in this imbroglio.

Arte Laguna Prize

WechatIMG1321.jpeg

The brainchild of Cultural Association MoCA, Arte Laguna Prize is an international art competition dedicated to the visual arts, in particular painting, sculpture, photography, video art and performance, virtual and digital art. It was created to give the opportunity to art talents, more or less young, to emerge, to be noticed by the general public and by the jury composed of important names in the contemporary art scene, as well as to allow a democratic comparison between international artists.

The goal is to create an increasingly authoritative and influential system in the world of contemporary art by involving new players from year to year. Since 2006, a virtuous circuit has been created that sees many diversified realities as actors: Foundations, Museums, Galleries, Residences and spaces for art, made in Italy companies and international brands, with which special projects were designed, then transformed in concrete opportunities for growth and momentum for the professional career of artists.

Gao Song’s Photography Salon

Feb. 25, 2023

WechatIMG1321.jpeg

NY20 + invited artist Gao Song to hold a photography salon at Fine.C, and shared nearly 80 of his black-and-white photographs. Through black, white and gray color, each picture conveys a strong sense of immersion. Gao sincerely told the inside story of each picture; the way of his expression is fascinating. The whole process is like watching a person's diary. Black, white, and gray accentuate the silence of the image. The moments of the past that want to escape and record retrospect the present. The grief of the passing of time will eventually be healed by a strong heart. “Spending two hours in the photographer's world is more exciting than watching a movie.” said a participant.

We are now waiting the humorous ones to make that happen:

Joking about difficulties, drawing the life with earthly strokes, and making real positive but inclusive arts.

Rubik's Cube, refers to all types of geometry that can be disordered and restored by rotation from a broad perspective, and boasts its numerous possibilities to be combined and changed. With more than 40 containers waiting to be extended to various physical spaces beyond imagination, the container renovation project has been contrived for a long time.Based on Nongyuan International Art Village’s large-scale art ecology, we implant an industrial element—the container—in the shady natural environmental. Under the premise that the original ecology should be retained, we will add contemporary art, street art culture and industrial culture and let artists create each or each group of containers; meanwhile, the initiative in creating a creative art space will be given to the artists at home and abroad so that beyond the original ecology, an international art tribe comes into being.
